Further to the Company’s announcement made on 7 May 2020, the Directors of Ireka Corporation Berhad (“Ireka”) wishes to announce that Ireka and Aseana Properties Limited are in the midst of finalising the definitive agreements in respect of the De-merger Arrangement.

It is targeted that the definitive agreements be finalised and signed by 29 May 2020. Further announcement will be made upon the signing of these agreements.
