Following the Movement Control Order ("MCO") for the period from 18 March 2020 to 12 May 2020 and Conditional MCO from 13 May 2020 to 9 June 2020 as implemented by the Government to contain the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 16 April 2020 granted an extension of time until 30 June 2020 for listed issuers to issue their quarterly reports which are due by 31 May 2020.

In consideration of the difficulties in preparing the quarterly report during such period, the Board of Directors of NVB wishes to inform that NVB will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that the quarterly report is issued latest by 30 June 2020.
