The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Orion had on 22 May 2020 entered into the MOU to commence exclusive discussions with Enrich in relation to a proposed collaboration to jointly (i) explore mining targets and develop mining operation at Gossan Hill area, District of Jeli, Kelantan and (ii) manage the Senor Alluvia Gold Mining operations at District of Jeli, Kelantan.
