The Board of Directors of LUXCHEM wishes to announce that LUXCHEM had been granted an extension of time by the Companies Commission of Malaysia to hold its 28th Annual General Meeting ("28th AGM") at a date no later than 28 September 2020 pursuant to Practice Directive No. 6/2020 and Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.
LUXCHEM will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold the 28th AGM and Notice of the 28th AGM will be issued to shareholders in due course.
