Reference is made to the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) which was effective on 18 March 2020 to 12 May 2020 and the Conditional MCO (“CMCO”) from 13 May 2020 to 9 June 2020 imposed by the Malaysian Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Due to the MCO, Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“the Exchange”) has vide its letter dated 16 April 2020, granted an extension of time until 30 June 2020 for listed issuers to issue their quarterly reports which are due by 31 May 2020.

In view of the above, the Board of Directors of Omesti Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by the Exchange and to ensure that the 4th quarterly report on consolidated results for the financial period ended 31 March 2020 is issued by 30 June 2020.
