Further to our announcement dated 20 May 2020, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that KUBM has been granted an extension of time until 30 September 2020 by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (‘CCM’) to hold our 55th Annual General Meeting pursuant to Practice Directive No. 6/2020 issued by CCM and Section 340 (4) of the Companies Act, 2016.
