We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 14 May 2020 and 22 May 2020 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHBIB") wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 27 May 2020, approved the listing and quotation of up to 24,084,928 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement on the Main Market of Bursa Securities, subject to the following conditions:

i.     Ancom and RHBIB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

ii.     Ancom and RHBIB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement;

iii.     RHBIB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and

iv.     Payment of outstanding additional listing fee based on the market value of the Placement Shares to be listed, if applicable. In this respect, the Company is required to furnish Bursa Securities a cheque drawn to the order of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the outstanding listing fee together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of fees payable.
