Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had on 16 April, 2020 granted an extension of time until 30 June, 2020 for the listed issuers to issue the Annual Reports that include Audited Financial Statements and the Auditors' and Directors' Reports which are due by 31 May, 2020 following the Movement Control Order ("MCO") period as announced by the Government to contain the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak.

The Board of Directors of CCB after having considered the challenges facing the Company during the MCO and the current situation, is of the view that the Company wishes to utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities for issuance of its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 January, 2020 the latest by 30 June, 2020.
