Following the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) period from 18 March 2020 to 12 May 2020 and Conditional Movement Control Order (“CMCO”) from 13 May 2020 to 9 June 2020 as announced by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 16 April 2020 granted an extension of time until 30 June 2020 for listed issuers to issue their quarterly reports which is due by 31 May 2020.

In view that the progress of preparation of the consolidated financial statements of the Company for the financial period ended 31 March 2020 (“1st Quarter Report”) has been affected due to the MCO and CMCO, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that the 1st Quarter Report is issued no later than 30 June 2020.
