The Board of Directors of METROD wishes to announce that METROD had been granted an extension of time by the Companies Commission of Malaysia to hold its 9th Annual General Meeting ("9th AGM") at a date no later than 28 September 2020 pursuant to Practice Directive No. 6/2020 and Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.

METROD will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold the 9th AGM and Notice of the 9th AGM will be issued to shareholders in due course.
