Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 27 May 2020 in relation to the issuance of the Company’s Annual Report 2019 and Corporate Governance Report 2019.
The Board of Directors of N2N wishes to announce that the Company has applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) and has been granted an extension of time of up to 28 September 2020 to hold its 19th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”).
The Company will determine the appropriate time to convene the 19th AGM and an announcement will be made in due course. |
