The Board of Directors (the "Board") of InNature Berhad (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to Section 5.15.4 of the Company’s Prospectus dated 29 January 2020 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Company and Natura Cosméticos S.A (“Natura”) dated 17 April 2019 (“Natura MOU”), the tenure of which had been extended to 31 May 2020 by way of a supplemental amendment.

The Board wishes to announce that as at the date of this announcement, the Company is still in negotiation with Natura on the terms of the definitive agreement. The Company is in the midst of extending the tenure of Natura MOU to facilitate the negotiation.

The Company will make the appropriate announcement in due course if there is any material development.
