The Board of Directors of LBS wishes to announce that LBS had been granted an extension of time by the Companies Commission of Malaysia to hold its 20th Annual General Meeting ("20th AGM") at a date no later than 28 September 2020 pursuant to Practice Directive No. 6/2020 and Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.

LBS will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold the 20th AGM and Notice of the 20th AGM will be issued to shareholders in due course.
