Pursuant to paragraph 3.1 of the Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“MMLR”), the Board of TA Global Berhad wishes to announce that the Company and its subsidiaries have not provided any new financial assistance during the reporting quarter ended 31 March 2020.
The Board also wishes to furnish the quarterly disclosure for its money lending subsidiary, TA First Credit Sdn Bhd for the quarter ended 31 March 2020 in accordance with paragraph 3.3 of the Practice Note 11 of the MMLR as attached. This has been separately announced earlier on 9 April 2020, pursuant to paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the MMLR.
