The Board of Directors of JAG wishes to announce that the Company had been granted an extension of time up to 28 September 2020 to hold its Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting ("22nd AGM") by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016 and the Practice Directive No. 6/2020 issued by the CCM.
The date of the Company’s 22nd AGM will be announced in due course.
