In view of the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) imposed by the Malaysian Government from 18 March 2020 to 12 May 2020 and the Conditional MCO from 13 May 2020 to 9 June 2020 to curb the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had via its letter dated 16 April 2020 granted additional relief measures which inter alia include an extension of time until 30 June 2020, for listed companies to issue their unaudited quarterly report on consolidated results which are due by 31 May 2020. (“EOT”).

The Company wishes to inform that it will utilise the EOT granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that the unaudited quarterly report on consolidated results for the period ended 31 March 2020 is issued latest by 30 June 2020.
