Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 10 March 2020 and 11 March 2020 in relation to the MOU (“Announcements”). (Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.)
Further to the memorandum of understanding entered into between APFT and HIC on 10 March 2020, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) has been appointed as the Principal Adviser and is looking into devising a proposed regularisation plan.
Save as disclosed above, there has been no further material development on the matter.
