The Board of Directors of SIGGAS wishes to announce that the Company has applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) for an extension of time to hold its 11th Annual General Meeting (“11th AGM”) at a date no later than 28 September 2020 and was granted approval accordingly, in accordance to the Practice Directive No. 6/2020 issued by the CCM.
The Board of Directors of SIGGAS will determine an appropriate date to convene the 11th AGM and announce the notice of the 11th AGM in due course.
