Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 12 February 2020, 24 February 2020, 28 February 2020, 2 April 2020, 10 April 2020 and 6 May 2020.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company has been informed by TA Securities Holdings Berhad, acting on behalf of TAE, that the SC had, vide its letter dated 1 June 2020, resolved to decline the application for the withdrawal of the Offer after having considered the justifications provided on a holistic basis.

Pursuant thereto, the Board of TAE will announce the updates to the Offer in due course.
