We refer to the announcements dated 16 December 2019, 13 February 2020, 27 March 2020, 22 April 2020, 6 May 2020, 12 May 2020, 19 May 2020, 20 May 2020, 21 May 2020 and 29 May 2020.

The Board of Directors of Seal Incorporated Berhad (“SEAL” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that today, 02 June 2020 was fixed for case management as follows:-

1. The Originating Summons PA-24C-02-03/2020 (to stay the Adjudication Decision) by way of e-Review. The Court has fixed the matter for further case management by way of e-review on 19 June 2020 for parties to exhaust all Affidavits.

2. The Originating Summons PA-24C-01-03/2020 (to set aside Adjudication decision) by way of e-Review and the proceeding under Penang High Court Originating Summons PA-24C-03-05/2020 (to enforce the Adjudication Decision) which was originally fixed for case management on 10 June 2020 was also brought forward to today for case management by way of e-review.

The above both Originating Summons PA-24C-01-03/2020 and PA-24C-03-05/2020 have been adjourned to 09 July 2020 for further case management by the court for parties to exhaust all Affidavits.

Further material development on the matter will be announced accordingly.
