Reference is made to the Company's annoucement dated 12 December 2019 in relation to the resignation of Messrs AFRIZAN TARMILI KHAIRUL AZHAR ("AFTAAS") as the External Auditors of the Company.
The Board of Directors of PJBumi Berhad ("PJBUMI" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 3 June 2020 appointed Messrs Jamal, Amin & Partners as the new External Auditors of the Company after having received their letter of consent to act as Auditors of the Company on 3 June 2020.
