Pursuant to Paragraph 10.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("MMLR"), the Board of Directors of Supermax ("Board") wishes to announce that MAXTER, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Supermax, has on 8 June 2020 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Goh Chee Seong and Lee Ah Mooi to acquire the Property for a total consideration of RM21,780,000.00.
