Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 13 November 2019, 13 April 2020 and 8 May 2020 in relation to the proposal to comply with the Bumiputera equity condition. On behalf of the Board of Directors of BCM, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia has vide its letter dated 11 June 2020 approved the proposal to comply with the Bumiputera equity condition.
