Further to the Company’s announcements made on 7, 21 and 29 May 2020, the Directors of Ireka Corporation Berhad (“Ireka”) wishes to announce that Ireka is still in the midst of finalising the definitive agreements in respect of the De-merger Arrangement with Aseana Properties Limited. Ireka expects the signing of these agreements to now take place by 30 June 2020 and that further announcement will be made in due course.
