The Board of Directors of KOMARK wishes to announce that the Company has on 15 June 2020 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary known as Komark Mask (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202001014265 (1370585-H)) ("KOMARK MASK").

The intended principal activities of KOMARK MASK are the manufacturing and sale of face masks.

The above incorporation does not have any effect on the share capital of the Company and has no material effect on the earnings and net assets of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 30 April 2021. 

Mr Koh Chie Jooi is the director of KOMARK and also the sole director of KOMARK MASK. 

Save as disclosed above, none of the Directors and/or major shareholders of KOMARK and/or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the said incorporation.
