Fourth coupon payment of 3.00% per annum in respect of RM212,294,652 nominal value of 5-Year 3.00% Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks payable semi-annually for the period from 13 Jan 2020 to 12 July 2020.

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Interest” as from: 29 Jun 2020
2)  The last date of lodgment : 30 Jun 2020
3)  Date Payable : 13 Jul 2020

Remarks:-  The holders of the 5-Year 3.00% Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks ("ICULS") who submit their ICULS Conversion Notice to the Company's Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd on or before 24 June 2020 will not be entitled to the fourth coupon payment.

Only non-resident ICULS holders will be subjected to withholding tax
