Reference is made to the previous announcement made on 30 April 2020.

In regard to the stay application filed by Crestronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“CMSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of BSL Corporation Berhad, at the Shah Alam High Court (“the Court”), the Board of Directors wishes to announce that CMSB had received the latest update from its solicitors.

At a hearing conducted in the Court on 16 June 2020, the Court had granted a stay of proceedings until the disposal of the appeal at the Court of Appeal.

In regard to the notice of appeal submitted by CMSB to the Court of Appeal, a case management will be held on 18 June 2020 to fix a date for the submission of records of appeal.

The Company will make further announcement if there is any material update on the above said matter.
