The Board of Directors of BCM is pleased to announce that the Company has proposed for the payment of a final single-tier dividend of 0.10 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019. The declaration of the Final Single-Tier Dividend is subject to the approval of the Company’s shareholders at the forthcoming Fifth (5th) Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The dividend entitlement and payment dates will be determined in due course.
