We refer to the announcement dated 2 October 2019 in relation to the MOU between Solar Interactive and Mattan. The Board of Directors of Vsolar wishes to announce that Solar Interactive and Mattan had mutually agreed to terminate the MOU dated 2 October 2019. The Company has decided that it is in the best interest of the Group that its other wholly-owned subsidiary, namely Cubetech Asia Sdn Bhd, replaces Solar Interactive in the performance of the MOU dated 2 October 2019.
