We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 17 March 2020 in relation to the Acquisition of Property. Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the announcement dated 17 March 2020. The Board would like to announce that due to the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) and Conditional MCO, MKSB and the Vendor had agreed to extend the time period for the Vendor to obtain the written consent of the relevant State Authority to transfer the Property to MKSB, from three (3) months to six (6) months from the date of submission of the Vendor’s application to transfer the Property. All other terms and conditions as stated in the SPA shall remain unchanged and shall remain valid and in full force. This announcement is dated 17 June 2020. |
