We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 9 January 2020 in relation to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”)’s approval for an extension of time until 20 June 2020 for BMedia to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant authorities (“Plan”) for approvals and also the Company’s announcement dated 12 June 2020 that BMedia has aborted the possible acquisition of Singer (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd earlier being part of the Plan.

The Board of Directors of BMedia wishes to announce that BMedia had on 17 June 2020 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek for further extension of time to submit the Plan.
