The Board of Directors of TFP Solutions Berhad (‘’TFP” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (“Proposed Renewal of Existing RRPTs Mandate”) at the forthcoming Thirteenth Annual General Meeting.

A Circular to Shareholders setting out the details of the Proposed Renewal of Existing RRPTs Mandate pertaining thereto will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
