The Board of Directors of Sinmah Capital Berhad (“SCB” or “the Company”) wish to inform that the Company has applied and been granted an extension of time up to 28 September 2020 to hold its Twenty Sixth Annual General Meeting (“26th AGM”) by Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016 and the Practice Directive No. 6/2020 issued by the CCM.
The date of the 26th Annual General Meeting will be determined and announced in due course.
