We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 2 May 2019, 7 May 2019, 9 May 2019, 16 May 2019, 23 May 2019, 3 June 2019 and 14 June 2019 in relation to the Offer and announcements dated 14 June 2019, 10 September 2019, 10 December 2019, 11 February 2020, 20 February 2020 and 28 May 2020 in relation to the Public Shareholding Spread (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board of the Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has vide its letter dated 18 June 2020 resolved to accept the Company’s current Public Shareholding Spread of 22.95% as in compliance with paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. However, the Company is required to use its best endeavours to increase the percentage of its Public Shareholding Spread to 25%.

The Company is required to notify Bursa Securities immediately, if in conjunction with the preparation of the Company’s semi-annual returns and/or where the Company otherwise becomes aware of the following:-

1. any decrease of the Company’s issued share capital;
2. any decrease in the percentage of the Public Shareholding Spread below 22.95%; and
3. any decrease of the Company’s average market capitalisation for the preceding 12 months to below RM1 billion at any point in time.
