We refer to the Company’s circular dated 12 February 2019 (“Circular”), the shareholders approval received on 27 February 2019 and the Company’s announcement dated 19 May 2020, 22 May 2020 and 17 June 2020. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors of K-One Tech wishes to announce that the Call/Put Options is completed on 18 June 2020 following the listing of and quotation for the 53,768,892 K-One Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 18 June 2020.
