This is an update to MGB’s announcement on the suit filed by Mohd Johari Bin Abdul Raoff against the Company and its Directors, Employees and Shareholders which was previously announced on 13 November 2019.
The Company has applied to strike out the suit. The striking-out application by the Company was previously scheduled to be heard on 1 April 2020. However, due to the Movement Control Order, the said application is now fixed for hearing on 16 August 2020.
The Company will update on the outcome of the hearing in due course.
