Reference is made to the announcement dated 16 June 2020 in relation to the application for the further extension of time of 6 months up to 31 December 2020 to complete the implementation of the Special Issue. On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that, Bursa Securities has resolved to grant YTB a further extension of time until 31 December 2020 to complete the implementation of the Special Issue vide its letter dated 18 June 2020 which was received on 19 June 2020.
