On behalf of the Board of Directors of BCM, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposed to implement a special issue of up to 60,197,000 new ordinary shares in BCM, representing approximately 14.29% of the Company’s existing issued share capital to Bumiputera investors to be identified and/or approved by Ministry of International Trade and Industry Malaysia.
