Reference is made to Ralco Corporation Berhad's ("RCB" or "the Company") announcements dated 12 April 2019, 24 May 2019, 18 June 2019, 19 July 2019, 5 August 2019, 11 September 2019, 7 October 2019, 30 October 2019, 25 November 2019, 20 January 2020, 18 February 2020, 24 February 2020,18 March 2020, 5 May 2020, 4 June 2020 and 17 June 2020 in relation to the above Suit. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that during the Case Management on 22 June 2020, the Learned Judge has directed parties to file all pre-trial documents on or before 23 July 2020 and further fixed the next Case Management on 23 July 2020 to update compliance on pre-trial directions and to fix for trial.
The Company will make the necessary announcements on further developments of the above matter as and when necessary.
