The Board of Directors of Magni is pleased to declare a Single Tier 4th Interim Dividend of 1.5 Sen per ordinary share in respect of the current quarter of financial year ended 30 April 2020 (“Q4-FYR 2020”) [Q4-FYR 2019 : 1.875 Sen (restated due to subdivision of shares and bonus issue) per ordinary share].
The rate of the declared interim dividend for Q4-FYR 2020 is lower by 0.375 Sen per ordinary share versus the rate paid for Q4-FYR 2019 mainly as part of the Management’s prudent approach to conserve cash in the face of gloomy global economic uncertainties caused by the Covid-19.
