The Board has recommended payment of a final single tier dividend of 2.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (2018 : 2.5 sen). This final single  dividend is subject to shareholders'  approval at the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 8 August 2020 and will be paid on a date to be determined.
