Reference is made to RTB’s announcements on 21 June 2019, 24 June 2019, 24 September 2019, 23 December 2019 and 20 March 2020 in relation to the Acquisition (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definition used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of RTB is pleased to announce that it had on 19 June 2020 completed the Acquisition. As a result of the Acquisition, GTC becomes a subsidiary of RTB.
