Reference is made to Ralco Corporation Berhad's ("RCB" or "the Company") announcements dated 24 February 2020, 3 March 2020 and 14 May 2020 in relation to the above Suit. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Court has directed Respack Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. ("the Defendant") to file the Statement of Defence on or before 26 June 2020 and Ralco Respack Polybag Sdn. Bhd. ("the Plaintiff") to file the Statement of Reply to the Defendant on or before 10 July 2020.
The next Case Management has been postponed to 13 July 2020.
The Company will make the necessary announcements on further developments of the above matter as and when necessary.
