The Board of Directors of Perstima wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Forty-Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Details of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be disclosed in a circular to the shareholders which will be despatched to shareholders of the Company in due course.
