Description	TA ENTERPRISE BERHAD ("TAE" OR THE "COMPANY") (i) PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF ADDITIONAL INTEREST IN TA GLOBAL BERHAD VIA A PROPOSED CONDITIONAL VOLUNTARY TAKE-OVER OFFER; AND (ii) PROPOSED SUBSCRIPTION (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS")
We refer to the notice of conditional voluntary take-over offer dated 12 February 2020 (“Notice”) and the announcements dated 12 February 2020, 24 February 2020, 28 February 2020, 2 April 2020, 10 April 2020, 6 May 2020 and 2 June 2020 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Notice and the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that in view of SC’s decision to decline the application for the Withdrawal, TAE has on 24 June 2020 written to Bursa Securities to withdraw the additional listing application in relation to the Proposals which was submitted on 10 April 2020. A new additional listing application for the Proposals will be submitted to Bursa Securities in due course. This announcement is dated 24 June 2020.
