Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 12 February 2020, 24 February 2020, 28 February 2020, 2 April 2020, 10 April 2020, 6 May 2020 and 2 June 2020.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company has been informed by TA Securities Holdings Berhad, acting on behalf of TAE, in view of SC’s decision to decline the application for the withdrawal of the Offer, TAE has on 24 June 2020 written to Bursa Securities to withdraw the additional listing application in relation to the Offer and the Proposed Subscription which was submitted on 10 April 2020. A new additional listing application for the Offer and the Proposed Subscription will be submitted to Bursa Securities in due course.
