Further to the Company's announcement dated 13 May 2020 and 20 May 2020, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that the hearing for the winding-up petition ("Petition") by Justin Faye & Partners ("Petitioner”) is now fixed on 24 August 2020 at the Kuala Lumpur High Court. Meanwhile, the Company is in negotiation with the Petitioner for an out of court settlement.
The Company will make the necessary announcement on the development of the litigation accordingly.
