The Board of Directors of KSM wishes to announce that the Company’s Annual Report and Corporate Governance Report 2019 are now available on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s website and the Company’s website at http://my.keckseng.com/.

In line with the Company’s continued commitment to environmental sustainability, shareholders are encouraged to download and refer the digital version of the Reports.

Considering the well-being and safety of the employees and shareholders of the Company, the Board is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic situation and will determine the appropriate time to convene the Company’s 50th Annual General Meeting (“50th AGM”). The date of the 50th AGM will be announced in due course and therefore, the Notice of the 50th AGM will be issued separately from the Annual Report 2019.
