Further to the Company's announcement made on 18 March 2020, the Board of Directors of CRB wishes to inform that the MOU has ceased to have any effect upon the expiry of the duration period and both parties do not intend to extend its validity or further pursue the understanding as stated in the terms and conditions of the MOU. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements. This announcement is dated 26 June 2020. |
