The Board of Directors of SAB wishes to inform of its receipt of notification of intention to resign from Mr Teo Leng on 26 June 2020 as an Independent Director of the Company upon the conclusion of  the forthcoming 39th Annual General Meeting (39th AGM) which has yet to be convened.

Mr Teo Leng has completed the nine-year tenure as an Independent Director on 1 December 2019 and has intimated that he will not  be seeking for re-appointment  as an Independent Director. Mr Teo Leng will retain office until the conclusion of the 39th AGM.
